Milling:

Mazak & Robodrill 3 Axis Mills are utilized for high speed general purpose machining operations. 24,000rpm spindles, glass scales and in machine probing. Parts sized up to 40” long. (+-0.0002” Accuracies)

Mazak 4 Axis Horizontal Mills for high production, lights out, 3 sided machining requirements. 18,000rpm Spindles with High pressure (1000psi) through spindle coolant pressures for deep hole drilling and chip evacuation of deep cavity, monolithic parts. In machine probing systems. Part sizes up to 25” long. (+-0.0002” Accuracies)

Mazak 5 Axis Mills for high tolerance, 5 sided machining requirements. 18,000rpm Spindles with High pressure (1000psi) through spindle coolant pressures for deep hole drilling and chip evacuation of deep cavity, monolithic parts. In machine probing systems. Part sizes up to 20” Cube. (+-0.0002” Accuracies)

Turning:

Mazak Turning centers with repeatability to +/- 0.00005”; high precision turning applications up to 16” diameter and 24”. Bar Feeding systems for higher volume runs, as well as, dual chucks for passoff / backside work, and parts catchers.

Composite:

Full carbon fiber, phenolic and fiberglass layup department, including a dedicated temperature and humidity controlled clean room, material storage freezers and walk in ovens, equipped with data logging and temperature sensors for lot traceability and material certification.

Wire EDM:

Makino U6 center, travels 24″x17″x17″, equipped with 0.016″ diameter wire system. Temperature controlled and monitored.

Fabrication:

Welding and assembly of complex assemblies including ground support equipment, satellite transport containers, riveted sheet metal control boxes, platforms and carts. Dedicated staff with Certified Welding accreditations.

Secondary Operations:

Secondary Operations including, deburring, assembly, masking (prior to plating processes), painting, Data Logged Oven Curing, Laser, Fiber and Co2.

Dedicated Engineering & Design:

Engineering staff providing services including solid modeling, print creation / documentation, stress analysis and cradle to grave design / engineering services.
